マックドナルド (McDonald’s)

I think I’ve mentioned before how much I heart green tea. They have GREEN TEA & OREO McFlurrys at McDonald’s in Japan!!  Needless to say, I went more than once. : )

Is it sad that my first post after Japan is about McDonald’s?!?  The green tea / oreo combination  was really exciting for me. : )

Boyfriend and I also quite liked the “Shaka Shaka Chicken” on their 100 yen menu.  It’s a piece of breaded chicken that comes in a little paper bag.  You can choose from three flavors (we chose spicy garlic) and you pour the powder into the bag and shaka shaka it!! a.k.a. shake.

The chicken was super moist and a great little snack for 100 yen!

Welcome back! I don’t blame you for the the McD’s post since their menu looks so much yummier than what we have!

McFlurries are good, but these were really good. We both like matcha flavored things and this was a refreshing treat. The Shaka Shaka chicken was really tender and moist. Normally fast food chicken tends to be dry so I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I also had a cheese katsu sandwich and it was delicious. It was interesting seeing the menu at a McDonald’s in a different country. They even had a McHotDog on their breakfast menu!
